Overview

These automation option packages are compatible with Infinium assay pre- and post-amplification protocols. The LIMS-Ready Automation Kit is ideally suited for managing high-throughput genotyping studies.

Infinium Automated Pipetting System with ILASS
This system represents the latest advancements in automation technology and was developed to support low- to high-volume genotyping projects. It supports Infinium EX BeadChips, our most powerful array format and seamlessly integrates into existing workflows.

Infinium Amplification System
This system greatly expands genotyping output potential. It is compatible with Infinium EX BeadChips and will boost productivity and consistency for high-volume genotyping and  methylation laboratories.

Infinium Automated Pipetting System with Illumina Automation Control
This system supports Infinium workflows other than Infinium EX workflows. It includes a custom barcode reader and PosID system for integration with Illumina LIMS.

Available automation packages

Infinium Automated Pipetting System with Illumina Automation Control: This package includes an Infinium Automated Pipetting System with a robotic manipulator arm (RoMa), robotic accessories, and Illumina Automation Control (IAC) software. It also includes a custom barcode reader and PosID system for running the Infinium Assay workflow with BaseSpace Clarity LIMS integration.
