The Transcriptome Human Gene Expression Panel is part of an integrated workflow that includes AmpliSeq for Illumina polymerase chain reaction (PCR)-based library preparation, Illumina sequencing by synthesis (SBS) next-generation sequencing (NGS) technology, and automated analysis.

AmpliSeq for Illumina Transcriptome Human Gene Expression Panel
With targeted resequencing, a subset of genes or a genomic region is isolated and sequenced, which can conserve lab resources.
Detect cancer gene expression and transcriptome changes and identify novel cancer transcripts with RNA next-generation sequencing (RNA-Seq).
mRNA sequencing (mRNA-Seq) using NGS can identify both known and novel transcripts, and measure transcript abundance.
