Overview

TruSight Rapid Capture kits leverage the speed of Nextera library preparation to deliver targeted sequencing libraries. By eliminating the need for mechanical DNA fragmentation and introducing a unique multiplex pre-enrichment sample pooling, TruSight Rapid Capture enables cost-effective, high-throughput library preparation and enrichment-based sequence capture. The TruSight Rapid Capture kits offer:

50 ng of DNA is ideal for use with the TruSight Rapid Capture kit. A higher input amount can lead to incomplete tagmentation and larger insert sizes, affecting enrichment performance, while a lower input amount can generate smaller insert sizes leading to lost DNA during cleanup steps.
