The QuantiFluor dsDNA assay can be used to quantify dsDNA samples. The assay can quantify small DNA volumes and measure DNA directly.
50 ng of DNA is ideal for use with the TruSight Rapid Capture kit. A higher input amount can lead to incomplete tagmentation and larger insert sizes, affecting enrichment performance, while a lower input amount can generate smaller insert sizes leading to lost DNA during cleanup steps.
