The wealth of omics studies now published means there may be a lot of potential knowledge to avail to help us understand the function of the more than 19,000 human genes, the functions of most of which we have yet to fully understand. In this video, we examine and quantify the available significant results from across processed studies results represented by the over 189,000 data signatures within Correlation Engine. We compare that to the results on a per gene level available from PubMed hits as a proxy for the knowledge available for genes. We’ll also demonstrate ways in which to access the gene-centered content in the Correlation Engine solution.
