Comprehensive Genomic Profiling (CGP) is reshaping precision oncology by using next-generation sequencing (NGS) to assess hundreds of cancer-related genes and biomarkers in a single assay. While CGP offers deeper biological insights and more personalised treatment strategies, its clinical impact hinges on rigorous assay validation and thoughtful implementation.
In this webinar, Dr. Mithua Ghosh from Healthcare Global Enterprises Ltd. (HCG) will share findings from one of India’s first large-scale CGP studies—analysing 1,000 patients and demonstrating CGP’s utility in guiding targeted therapies and immunotherapy decisions. Dr. Ghosh will highlight how real-world evidence supports broader adoption across the region, including integration into Molecular Tumor Boards and routine practice via tissue and liquid biopsies.
We’ll also hear from Dr. Timothy Tay of Singapore General Hospital, who will discuss his team’s experience validating the TSO500 assay, offering practical insights into implementing CGP at scale.
Join us to learn how robust validation, regional data, and collaborative approaches can unlock the full potential of CGP in clinical oncology.
The key things you all learn in this webinar are:
- Understand the key steps and considerations in validating large NGS panels, including TSO500, for clinical use in anatomical pathology.

- Explore how molecular diagnostics can be integrated into routine pathology workflows to enhance diagnostic precision and patient care.

- Gain insights from real-world validation experiences at leading institutions, with practical lessons applicable to regional pathology labs.
