Depending on your NGS data analysis needs and preferences, DRAGEN secondary analysis can be launched via on-premises server, in the cloud, or directly onboard the NextSeq 1000 and NextSeq 2000 Sequencing Systems and the NovaSeq X Series.

An on-premises option is available via a DRAGEN server that offers highly accurate secondary analysis in a fraction of the time compared with a traditional CPU-based system.

The DRAGEN server:

DRAGEN secondary analysis is available onboard the NovaSeq X Series and NextSeq 1000 and NextSeq 2000 Systems at no extra cost.
