Sequencing the new v1.5 reagent kits requires NovaSeq Control Software (NVCS) v1.7 or above. If your system has NVCS v1.4 or above, NVCS v1.7 or above may be installed by the customer. Before upgrading the software, review the release notes. Please download the new IEM 1.19.1 to configure Sample Sheets for the updated indexing workflow.
